Refund Policy

All refunds are processed into the original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days.

Kindly read the below guidelines for availing refund.

  1. The following services are under NO refund policy
    • Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language therapy, voice therapy, ABA Therapy, e-learning, Family Support Program, Parental guidance, Counselling
  2. If a session is cancelled on the same day, it will be charged
  3. Time change request can be made to the assigned therapist/psychologist once in a month in advance, depending on the availability of the slots
  4. A refund can be initiated by proper approval, in case of
    • Non availability of therapists for longer duration more than a month
    • Any loss or severe illness to the child, with medical documents by competent authority
    • Discontinuation of any particular program by TalkHear Speech & Hearing Clinic
    • Not required to the child anymore, recommendations by Senior TalkHear clinical team.
