Position
Speech & Language Therapist (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
- Provide speech therapy for children and adults with communication disorders.
- Treat conditions including speech delay, autism, stammering, articulation disorders, language disorders, voice disorders, and swallowing difficulties.
- Counsel parents and caregivers regarding home-based intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate assessment reports, therapy notes, and progress documentation.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Audiologists, ABA Therapists, Special Educators, and Physiotherapists for comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in case discussions, parent meetings, and professional development activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech & Hearing (BASLP/MASLP or equivalent).
- Valid RCI registration is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced Speech & Language Therapists are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and families.
- DHLS/B.ED/D.ED
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy.
- Knowledge of autism intervention and early language development.
- Assessment and management of speech delay and language disorders.
- Strong documentation and clinical reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
